That would make even less sense. Why would Goku and Vegeta be dead directly after the Buu saga?

well goku was already dead before the buu saga

not sure why vegeta would be though, unless he killed himself

yeah but they could wish him back with the dragonballs, since the ones on earth are different then the ones in the previous namek.

because dragonball, z, kai, and gt are treated as a different series since they kinda change things around and have different plots(aside from kai).

not really, they're just sequels, thats how connected sequels work.

except for kai, as its more of an hd version of dbz.
