I don't think there was a topic for this, so what are your 3 favorite Mario Parties?

EDIT:Woops forgot to add the others. xP.

My top 3 favorites are Mario Party 5 (1st), Mario Party 6 (2nd), and Mario Party 4 (3rd).

You have entered the comedy area.
Mario Party 3: I dunno why I liked it. Maybe because of the item system and several minigames (Aces High rules!)

Mario Party 5: For minigames solely. Forget about the boards and the capsule system.

Mario Party 6: My favorite one overall. Not only with the introduction of Toadette, but just had fun gameplay overall, Faire Square, and a great orb system.

I could have sworn we had a thread similar to this, but...

Mario Party 3, Mario Party 4, and Mario Party 2, in that order.

I've played 5,6,7,8,and DS. I think the DS one was the worst, and 8 might have had the worst minigames (that or DS, they're pretty close.) I hope 9 goes back to the old style of the video games, more button mashing-, avoiding-, trigger-based games, not motion-controlled-based games.

Brawl Mario

Super Smash Bros.'s most fearsome Mario
I loved Mario Party 2. It had few lame minigames compared to the later Mario Parties.

I also liked Mario Party 6. It had great minigames and the orb system rocked.

Mario Party 4 was plain, but the ability to customize which mini-game to appear really gives me big points.
