Let's make a game together!

I've changed the confusing Music list into, well, less confusing Music list.

I'd like to see it then.

I will take a picture and put it on the computer in a few seconds...

Problem: I don't have a credit card.
In order to upload Apps to Apple's App Store, both OS X and iOS, you need to have a license for € 79,- (or $ 99,-) per year, per OS.
$99 bucks? I didn't know that. If the game becomes popular, maybe you'll be able to.

also, how a bout you have a small girly mouse for the lightweight characters?

That's what I was thinking about as well.

Recolour?
I don't think it's a good idea to have a blue sun with red clouds?
You could also texture some things, as it's also a matter of Photoshop, GIMP, whatever.

As long as there's no copyright (known series, or stuff like that) on it, and it's a totally own creation, then it's allowed.

Lakitu is the sole property and the rights of Nintendo. You need permission to use it, or you're breaking the law.

If it suppose to be an original game, no.
If it was allowed, Nintendo is still a very hard nut to crack.

>>Paper Bowser
You mean yourself as "yoshidude99", or as "Paper Bowser".

>>Lil' Blue Bird
Yes, it'll be downloadable for PC and Mac, if I go to the 'at least' platform.
I might consider to make a Wii version as well, which should release for Wii Homebrew Channel, but I don't know how easy it is to port the game into it, though.
And to port it the easy way, I need an additional license for WiiWare distribution, but therefore, I need a Nintendo license first.

I know, that's what I meant by "Nintendo is a very hard nut to crack".

True.
I wouldn't even try with Nintendo. Just make a game, and don't include anything copyrighted or trademarked. Other companies do it all the time.
