Really? Hm. Is that why tehy're not allowed on the Wiki?
 
I don't know, they seem to be exactly like a PNG in every way, except that sometimes they can be animated.
 
BMP's are horrible for the Internet because they're usually uncompressed and therefore will have a much larger file size than the same image in PNG format. Save it as a PNG, kids.

BMPs may nevurrr evurrr be animated. Or did I miss something?
 
There's one thing that really bug me.

THE AVATAR SYTEM!!!

Man, the avatar size limit is too small, and the thing don't even rezise the image! Really annoying.
 
The only thing that drives me mad: The "www" thing! You don't know where you'll end up!
 
I would be OK with only a rezize feature. But that avatar system drive me MAD!
 
Now, I agree with you.

I can't use the reasonably-sized banner I made because the sig system is RETARDED! And so is the avatar limit.
