No, we are a Mario forum so I don't think it will be all the needed, plus if we give one other series its own board, soon everyone will be demanding that other series get their own board. The video games and handheld boards are there for a reason. As a Mario based forum, Mario it the only series that should really get its own board.
 
I think the reason he is suggesting that is the overload of Pokemon topics in the Handheld Gaming board. After all, Super Smash Bros got its own board, but I guess it was popular and of its own niche to get one. If Pokemon is the desired topic of Handheld gaming right now, let it be. It's not hard to start a new topic or post in an existing topic about other handheld games.
 
Basically, the FAQ is broken or my profile is broken.

I have 6 stars and ~3500 posts. According to the FAQ I should only have 5.

In short: Somebody should probably update the FAQ.
 
Is there any way in this forum to view embedded videos as links instead of videos? Because the videos seriously lag up loading times for my computer.

Yeah or something. What I meant is that I don't want the videos themselves on the page, just the URL

ok. i don't think your suggestion is possible to implement without modifying the forum software, but you might be able to use noscript to eliminate the slowdown
