Okay, NOW I just found out about Mario Party 9. I'm surprised that Koopa, Shy Guy, and Bowser Jr. are playable.

After all, with Toad playable, they're running out of Mario species they can use as hosts and/or NPCs on the boards. And how will Bowser Jr. work? Would Bowser really treat him badly should BJ land on a Bowser space?

Other than that, I like it. I'm one of the few people who genuinely enjoyed the Mario Party games.

Actually they could have more Sunshine and Galaxy charracters be hosts, like Gearmo, Whittle, or Noki. And Rosalina or Lubba

I DID see a Whittle in the background of a mini-game... Which I thought was totally awesome because I love Whittles.

No, Bowser Jr. is not playable. He just appears in some mini-games.

There could be secret characters, you never know, it's still in it's beta form. :P

We don't really know if Bowser Jr. is playable or not, but his role seems to be leaning on the NPC side right now
