This has been long overdue but I've finally started a fresh watch through of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic! This will be my second full watch through of the show in my life so far, with my first being when I was 18-19. I loved revisiting S1E1 tonight and I'm looking to watch about one episode a night for the next several months until I finish all 9 seasons (plus the Equestria Girls series, or at the very least the main EqG movies and specials.) Always lovely and nostalgic to come back to my comfort shows.

I just had my first death in my Minecraft forever world in over 2 years. I was working on a Shulker farm and had to take my armour off for invisibility to work but got hit by a chain of Shulker bullets anyway and then used an ender pearl to escape but realised too late I didn't have enough health to survive the pearl damage.

It's ok though I only lost a diamond sword (as that was the only item that fell into the void) and I have plenty of spares.

Very belated as we're well into July now but I finally have a signature for my Flame Princess theme now!

How did I just find out that the VA who sang Jump Up Super Star in Mario Odyssey is the same person as the VA for Briar Beauty in Ever After High

Happy 100th birthday to Sir David Attenborough! Still remember liking some nature documentaries voiced by this guy when I was younger and it's hexcellent to see him doing well at 100!

I am sooo stuck on the boo minigame in Super Princess Peach Shriek Mansion 3-6. There are way too many boos for me to tap them all away before they make it to the top screen and hit Peach (especially the Big Boos which take many taps to defeat), and it moves too fast for me to track which boos will and won't hit Peach.

Hi everyone, just to let you all know the very sad news that unfortunately my former babysitter whom I really liked and was close to as a kid is very unwell right now, and her time is now very limited. This news came as a big shock a couple of days ago, as I had known she was not well previously but was not aware that she was getting worse. I'm hoping that I will be able to visit her in the time she has left and that she will be as comfortable and happy as possible in the coming weeks. My thoughts will be with her, her husband, and her kids.

Hi everyone, just sending an update that I had a great day today. In addition to great presents, great food, and some fun times with my parents, siblings, and brother in-law, I really enjoyed continuing my tradition of watching My Little Pony: Equestria Girls (2013) every year on this day for the 5th year running, to commemorate when I first watched it with my (now late) paternal granddad in 2021. The movie recently came out on Amazon Prime, so for the first time I saw it on this platform instead of my DVD, and I have to say the difference in quality felt like night and day, to the extent it almost felt like I was seeing a remaster of my favourite movie. Once again I had an awesome time revisiting this movie, and also had an oat milk hot chocolate with vegan whipped cream and an apple as a tribute to these foods appearing in the movie.

Today's my "veganniversary"! It's been a full year since I officially made my commitment to go strictly vegan on 24th Dec 2024 and I'm very proud of the journey that I've made. I'm looking forward to what the next year of veganism will bring!

My mom is unwell

I just learned for the first time that the Batman The Animated Series episode Joker's Favor (S1E22) in 1992 was actually the first time Harley Quinn ever appeared in anything, and she was originally supposed to be a one off character. I saw this episode last year without knowing that was her debut, and always assumed she had appeared in other media much earlier.
