It's been over a decade since I was here as King Boo/Master Lucario, but I'll be dropping in from time on the forums and chat.

She's still nude. She just has fins there making it look like a dress. She was like that in OoT 3D too.

Characters from Majora's Mask are part of the Era of the Hero of Time (OoT's era), so there's still a chance for them.
