For college, I had to read Property as that is one of the books we are doing for English.
As a book itself, I didn't really like it, mostly because most the characters annoyed me in one way or another and I didn't like Manon's perspective on everything, I really hoped that she had some sort of apithiny about how slavery was wrong and she was living in denial, but no. However, the writing is pretty interesting and there is a lot to analyse in the exam like the use of pronouns and imagery. Plus the fact that part of the story was based on Ellen and William Craft the runaway slaves

Wow, I didn't know there are people here who actually don't find reading as a torture method...

I read more TKAM. It's like one of those books you just can't put down.
has Drift finally lost his *bleep*? or is he once again pretending that his brother is using his account? will little Ricky be reunited with Lucy?

tune in next time for the exciting adventures of: Drift: A Bleepposting Tale

Well, I was reading Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows for the 50th time. I like rereading Harry Potter, you always find something you miss.
I'm really not the 'witty comment' type. Oh well.

Well, maybe I am. That doesn't mean I'm good at it.

Brave New World is probably one of the wackiest books I've read, so of course I liked it.

It's a pretty freaky (pun very much intended) book, so I'm not surprised.

I'm reading Scorched Earth at this very moment. Reading books at night has always been a common pastime or me.

per DF, i'd also recommend reading The Hobbit before the other books, though most of them pretty awesome
started reading Dragonspell by Donita K. Paul, it's the first book in it's series

Oh, I forgot to mention I actually finished The Hunger Games: Catching Fire.

The ending would've caught me off guard if I wasn't spoiled before I got to start reading the book.

Almost done with The Inferno by Dan Brown.  Just started Unwound for school, and I'm going to read the D Grey Man series.

I take it you've read Brown's other books, especially the other Robert Langdon ones?

I'm in the middle of A Man of Honor: The Autobiography of Joseph Bonanno.

Yes, I have read the whole series so far, even the special Da Vinci Code book that has photos of the art and buildings.

Which is your favorite? Mine is probably The Lost Symbol.

Can't really decide, and I should probably finish The Lost Symbol first.  Although Angels and Demons is my least favorite.
