I may have just set a personal record. On Dragon Palace in MK8DX's Bob-omb Blast, with a Shy Guy in Junior Clown Car with standard wheels and Cloud Glider against easy CPUs, I got 43 popped balloons and only lost 4 of my own.
Waldorf and Statler (The Muppet Show) on How I Met Your Mother:

Waldorf: Why did it take that fool Ted Mosby nine seasons to tell his kids how he met their mother?
Statler: Because it's nine impossible to recover from a series finale as bad as this show had.

I have this thing where I accidentally say Swiffer SweatJet whenever I intend to say Swiffer WetJet due to that being a joke I made as a kid, so that's literally how i read your post. Anyway, depending on the bpm of your song, that's probably a lot of WetJets.
didn't realize until i saw this image but congrats to modern paper mario for getting rid of all the female characters sans peach, birdo, and then one third female character in each game, i guess?

Hmm, I'm always suspicious of these classic Paper Mario vs Modern Paper Mario images, a lot of them try to make the classic side look better by any means possible

you can literally check the articles on the wiki and see that there's like 0 female characters in the modern paper mario games lol (there are 'technically' other female characters in color splash and origami king [read there's like one more in color splash and like 2 more in origami king] but itś really like..even if you count them, it still utterly pales in comparison to the original era)

I agree that it was horseshit of Nintendo to remove all the unique characters from the Paper Mario games and replace them with generic ones. In the old Paper Mario games, you had all these unique Toads with unique designs, but since Paper Mario, they all look practically the same, with the only difference being a generic color scheme change. Not only that, but you also had all these other unique looking characters with unique designs, colors, clothing and personalities, but those too have been removed because Miyamoto-san didn't like Intelligent Systems being original with the character cast in the first three Paper Mario games. Fuck you, Nintendo. Fuck you.
Thanks to everyone for helping get part 2 of my Mega Man walkthrough to tie for Strategy Wing section of the month! That was a nice surprise.
I'm not usually one for sweepstakes, but given that I was able to get 2,107 entries in this particular Mountain Dew sweepstakes (with an estimated 10% chance of winning), I though I would give it a shot
Waldorf and Statler (The Muppet Show) on SuperMarioLogan:

Waldorf: This show is like if you took The Happytime Murders and made it into a YouTube channel.
Statler: I should say so. Personally, I don't care for puppets much. I don't find them believable.
Waldorf: I don't believe you.

And when you remember that the marmalade was illegally smuggled across international borders 💀 💀 💀
And then you remember that marmalade smuggling is literally illegal ⚰️
And then you learn that you can literally be fined up to $1000 USD for marmalade smuggling 😭 😭 😭

I've decided it's time for my first theme change, and I decided to go with the theme I've gone with for other websites, I would've gone with just Luigi but that wasn't an option
Waldorf and Statler (The Muppet Show) on The High Fructose Adventures of the Annoying Orange:

Statler: Just when you think internet culture couldn't get any cruder, this show comes along and proves us wrong!
Waldorf: Well, the creator of this show was always a bit fruity.

I know I updated my status a few hours ago but I also want to say that I (finally) beat the TTYD remake.
Also wow does the final boss get a lot easier with healing items

Zess Deluxe for the win

I didn't use recipe items actually
Life shrooms or whatever their name is are very op

Well they were called Life Shrooms in the original but in the remake they're "Life Mushrooms"

And yes, they are very OP, but I also recommend Zess Deluxe, it is really OP for how cheap it is to make. They only require 40 coins a pop and heal 40 HP and 40 FP.

First, do Zess T's sidequest that unlocks 2-item recipes
Then, buy a Life Shroom from Twilight Town for 40 coins (this is the only bit that actually requires coins)
Then, get two Turtley leaves from the bushes outside Mayor Kroop's house in Petalburg
Then, get a Horsetail from the thing in Petal Meadows (hard to explain but watch this, it's recorded on the original but it works the same in the remake)

Cooking:
Turtley Leaf + Horsetail = Healthy Salad
Turtley Leaf + Life Shroom = Shroom Steak
Healthy Salad + Shroom Steak = Zess Deluxe
I've seen other Wiki users writing 'Shroom sections under a pen name/persona, such as Edofenrir writing Monthly Inquisition for Fake News under the persona of Koohitsu. I've been thinking of doing the same thing for a future 'Shroom section, with said persona being an Australian character as a tribute being a tribute to former Critic Corner director, Crocodile Dippy. But at the same time, I'm unsure if I should go through with the idea because I also feel that having a 'Shroom persona based on Dippy's persona could be considered insensitive towards Dippy and the legacy she left behind. What do you guys think I should do?

Clawgrip, I've noticed you been posting questions and thoughts about Dippy lately. Honestly, I overlapped with her very little, so I can't speak to this very well, but I do think there's a little context you should have. You'll have to pardon my vagueness, but, one, I can't speak to it in detail, and, two, there are no good reasons to dredge up particulars because this is long in the past now.

There were good things that Dippy contributed to the community, yes, but her relationships with many community members were often more strained behind the scenes than they appeared. It's not my place to delve into the specifics, as it may not be a topic those who were affected want to be reminded of or that they want to speak on publicly, but she was oftentimes temperamental and volatile in how she approached people, sometimes extreme in her demands and behaviors, even. She insulted a number of community members, her disparagement of others reaching a point that couldn't be tolerated.

I don't think there's anything inherently wrong with you adopting an Australian persona for a 'Shroom section or anything else, and it's your decision as to how you would want to frame and approach that, but you should at least have this additional context on Dippy before you make those decisions.

@Hooded Pitohui Huh. I never knew that about Dippy. Thanks for clearing that up for me, Pito. It's given me new insight into my decisions on the creation of a new persona for a 'Shroom section.
Oh hey my post count is the year America declared its independence (AND TODAY'S FLAG DAY?!?!?) Definitely not a coincidence
