I just noticed in a gameplay video that Lucario's side B has some charge up abilities, but this may just be a animation(which will cause lagg before the attack).

WOW! The CPUs in this game are actually intelligent! It's actually possible to play against them this time!

THANK GOD. The CPUs in Melee of level 9 were about level 5s in the first.
