The last thing you bought

Two books used in the next course that I'm taking. The cost? 106$. Hooray, expensive books!

Tell me about it. I get mine off of Amazon.

I also just got back from having lunch at Burger King with some friends. Got a Whooper combo meal thing.

Some solder equipement and some screwdrivers.
You never know, uhm?

And for $150 I bought this little thing:

A top-loading NES. In the box. Almost never used. And with all the original packaging.

I got normal NES for $60 with SMB and Duck Hunt

Preordered Wii U for $395, including tax and overnight/1 day shipping

Windows 8 Pro ~ Not really bought, because I'm a student, I have free and early access to the final Windows 8 release.
Xbox 360 S + Sonic Generations ~ Really nice console, especially when you use it with a Windows 8 PC.
Learn with Pokémon Typing Adventure ~ It's funner than expected.

Because Windows 8 is amazing.
I'm no Windows fan, but Windows 8 is the first Windows Version, that actually stole my heart.

It might look weird, but I like the innovation, it's no longer the same Windows at the frontend, while it is in the backend.
The Metro Apps work amazing, are responsive, look organized, can be downloaded from only 1 place (instead of over 9000 places), and for the first time, the Blue Screen of Death is funny.
