What places in Mario world would you love to move to and live in?

We know Super Mario has become a giant universe today. Imagine yourself living in Super Mario world, among all the places we've seen from all kind of Mario games or media adaption, which places would you dream to move to and make a living?

*No count guest or collab contents, for example, Wuhu Island from Wii Resort and Sonic-themed courses from Olympics series.
*Count realworld based locations like New York, Rome and Tokyo, but they must be Nintendo's own version in their games and media.
 
Places in the Mario Series aren't usually designed with much consideration for how people could live in them. Even the rpgs tend to show towns that have populations that seem to small to support themselves long term, so I'll assume for this question that inhabited areas have more amenities than what is shown on screen, such as hospitals, grocery stores, etc. I'd be interested in living in New Donk City personally, as it seems that even taking into account this difference that it seems like the place that would be the best designed for a regular person while still providing the opportunities to see much of the fantastical goings on of the Mario Universe.
