Yep, it's that time of year again. It's nearly time for the forty-eighth most popular event in the community, The Sunshine Travel Guide Anniversary! For those who are sadly uninformed, every year in July I write an extra long installment of The Sunshine Travel Guide, along with writing a relatively short story starring the cast and bringing the current arc to its end (arcs in a travel guide what has this section become). Last year I run a poll asking the community what kind of theme they'd like the anniversary to be and in my opinion, it was a success. So, exactly a year after that poll ended, I'm doing it again!
Like before, there will be a month to vote, though I may end the poll early if: A. I feel the need to get started early to finish in time B. One of the options just can't stop getting voted and it's clear people want it, or C. I die. Now, without further ado, your options!
Smash Tour
Bar D. Jokue and Cosmo crash Super Smash Bros; Cosmo writes a travel guide covering each stage across the series. Pick this for character interactions that are frankly absurd.
Bar D. Jokue and the Dying Art of Newspapers
Bar D. Jokue attempts to open a rival newspaper to the 'Shroom, parodying many of its sections (presuming I get permission from the writers I parody). For this, the travel guide would likely be based off of The 'Shroom office or something.
The Self-Congratulatory Retrospective
A more meta option. Cosmo and Bar D. Jokue (in character) along with me (like actual me) take a look back at past Sunshine Travel Guide Sections, dropping lore (from Cosmo), scathing insults (From Bar D.) and actual real commentary (from me).
Back To Not The Future
Certain members of the cast get trapped in a time hole and sent back in time to the dawn of The Sunshine Travel Guide and beyond. The remaining cast must band together to figure out how to get them back.
Cosmultiverse
The cast can't stop getting sucked into alternate universes where things are...different. Universes featured would include: Medieval times, Retro land, Cliche School world, Opposite world and more!
