Nobody made a thread about this game, so I went ahead and did so. We finally have a brand new mainline Mega Man game after roughly 9 years! I'm super hyped for this game and will absolutely play the heck out of it when it releases in 2027. Plus, it's a new Mega Man game for Strategy Wing! ;D

Oh, and there's also a contest for Robot Master designs. Just like many of the old games! It's also worldwide, so you can send submissions if you want!
 
Note on the Robot Master contest if anyone plans to submit: Deadline is January 1st 2026 at midnight PST. Less than a month to work with. And while there's no point in reiterating the rules, see the site instead, there's some things that pop out.
  • Entries are made through Twitter posts, so you'll need a Twitter account
  • One Twitter account can submit multiple entries, but only one entry per account can make into the judging rounds
  • Entries will have to pass both internal Capcom judgement and Capcom fan judgement in order to win

Somehow I don't think making more Robot Masters is what will bring peace.

This was mentioned on Discord (and I've seen proof myself) but the artist who created Vac Woman is confirmed to be a sex offender and is not a good person at all. I'm unable to vote (didn't wanna create a Capcom account) and thank goodness I didn't because I would've chosen Vac Woman without knowing the controversy.

If you haven't voted yet but are planning to do so, please do not vote for Vac Woman. It's hard to believe that Capcom didn't disqualify that submission (at least not yet).
