I always find it so weird to look at this image like we first got Mario and yoshi in dk country which has never happend anywhere else in the franchise and than some random sonic shoes in the corner like idk man its odd but i love it

Picked this up at an antique store a couple months ago. It's a Mario Kart 64 landline phone. As I don't have a landline, it's for display only.

Also present in the background are some rare Super Paper Mario trading cards from Japan (and a Burger King toy but I don't think it's particularly rare. The Vivian cutout is fanmade).

Oh I saw that phone in the exact same PolygonDonut video lol! I think this car is pretty cool. It's the Super Mario 64 voice-activated telephone that's weirder.

Funny, when I was young those Mario OVAs and that one Japanese movie were rare and hard to find. Nowadays anyone can find it with a simple search.
