Hello there, 'Shroom readers! Issue 220 is live and ready for your reading enjoyment! You'd think we'd be slowing down after that summer special and with Awards coming up, but nah, we got plenty of stuff for you between our regulars, new sections, and guest submissions! There's more details in the issue itself, but to give you a sneak peek of what's in store, all you fans of The ? Panel out there won't want to miss one of our newest Palette Swap additions courtesy of Hint Toad, and we also have a special feature - Welcome To Cosmo Kart by TheBlueCatMenace, celebrating two years of The Sunshine Travel Guide's run! (It's been around that long already? Time, slow down please!)
Also, keep your eyes peeled on the main page - as part of our continuing efforts to keep the visuals of the paper nice and sleek, Ninja Squid's provided us with some fancy new side banners! We'll be rolling out the rest of them over the next several months with the usual seasonal theme changes, which I'm pretty excited about. They're really cool! Speaking of things in the coming months, we have a fun activity in the works that our writers will have the opportunity to help shape! If that sounds interesting to you and it's been a while since you've last written, consider sending us something soon!
And of course, don't forget the annual Mario Awards Ceremony on Friday, August 22nd! By the time the next 'Shroom issue comes out, we'll be sweeping confetti out of the corners already, so you have something to look forward to until then.
