I might be able to get to Monster Maniac 1 before it is rolled, but I'm not entirely sure as it is random. But looking at when it is unlocked, I am currently on the island that it is unlocked after completed.

Now thinking about it, Seedle-ize isn't really a side quest. I mentioned the talking whirlpool on Allsand Island's article instead.
