Hey I have a question in the game you can do bonus missions but it says onec they appear that you CANNOT do them later you need to do them right then and there so i was wondering is this true? Are you unable to do the bonus missions later or does it need to be activated right then and there?

Some side quests must be done immediately, as progressing in the story will cause them to become inaccessible. Others expire after defeating the final boss. It varies depending on the quest.
 
Well idk if this was already done but someone needs to make a chart of all the instances of this happening in game like which quest can you do RIGHT THEN AND THERE and which quest you can save till later

Do I have good news for you! List of Mario & Luigi: Brothership side quests has all the quests listed out, when they're unlocked, and when they expire!

It's not a chart, but it does help!
 
I'm going to wrap up the crafting side quests with Craft a Repeater Belt!
