I also concluded that Miiverse on 3DS doesn't work.

Works fine for me. I was on it last night after the update in fact.

Good for you. Mine just says that my inputs are incorrect and I should recheck them.

I played Poker today. I won. I hated it when everyone drops out, when I had a royal straight flush. However, I made someone bankrupt with a simple flush, which was really amusing. We didn't play with real money btw.
