Re: today you did things noteworthy
I forgot to post yesterday, but I went to a school "Fall Fest" yesterday. I went because I had to watch my brother. He's 12 though, so he really doesn't need me, my parents didn't want him there alone. I met up with a bunch of other freshmen. There wasn't much to do. We had Chick-fil-a for lunch though. Five of us went to the haunted house they had there. It wasn't scary. Hell, I tried to scare some of the people in there. It just relied on cheap jumpscares. The three girls I was with however kept screaming. On of them grabbed my arm and dragged me through the place because she wanted protection. I wanted to look at the costumes and stuff, but nope, she kept dragging me through the house. We recognized a few of the people working there so when the jumped out, we just casually said hey to them.
After this, we actually rescued a dog! A bunch of us were sitting at a table, chilling out, when all of a sudden, a small dog comes running up to us. There is no owner in sight. We called the number on the tag and we found out the owner didn't even know their dog was missing. She quickly drove up to our school. I guess she lived in the nearby neighborhood. She got there not long after we called and thanked us for finding her lost dog.
I also saw NABO volunteering at the "paint a pumpkin" tent.
