i never said it wasnt dark, i said it wasnt as dark compared to other games

and besides people are always going to disagree with you

and if you want to talk about dark lets talk about smt nocturne

world is destroyed in the first two minutes, only 4 humans survive, the world is in disastrous ruin and demons runing everywhere

and to make matters worse the main character can keep this cycle of events to make it where no humans exist ever again

The thing about Mother is that doesn't start out dark. It seems colorful and cute in the prologue, and then chapter 1 comes up.
