How is 5-Volt only in B Tier?
 
Probably because 5-Volt is polarizing; she breaks some games but struggles with others.
 
Red should probably be in either A or B tier due to his main projectile, his bomb. It noticeably stronger then most, but remember,
It's a downwards projectile.
This means you need to get to the top of the screen to beat some minigames, but you can get used to it.
