Musical note names seem to be swapped

I was watching a walkthrough of Mario Party DS on youtube. When they played on Toadette's music room, the notes all had different names than what the wiki has. Is this something that was changed for the PAL release? Here's the video in question:

It definitely seems to be the PAL version of the game (at 6:02 in the video, the blue note says it is the note C; I have the NTSC version, and the blue note is E there). Do you want me to add this, and if so, can I credit you?
