This game is all about decisions. You'll have the Wario board and the Waluigi board. Two people need to chose what Wario and Waluigi do:
I'll start:

Wario and Waliugi are at Wualuigi's Taco Stand

Wario: Time to get some money! There's a new exposition on the museum: it's called the Lucky Rod. And luck means... MONEY!
Waluigi: Wah! Let's do this! We'll be rich!

They arrive at the museum's entrance:

Wario uses uses hookshot and encounters a guard on the roof:

Fail Wario? Wario?! WARIOOO?!?!

Waluigi shoots, but the strength of the shot sends him backwards

Fail Power Shot: Activated

(Remember: different combinations active different things. I mean, maybe hookshot isnt always a fail.
 
Wario trips with the car and and accidentally finds Ashley trying to sneak in

Ashley: Oh, so you two are also trying to steal the Rod, huh?
Wario: Yes! Who wouldn't?!?!
Ashley: I can help you. But you'll need to chose correctly.
