Well now that I've stirred up this trouble I think I'll let another mod calm it down.
 
No, we can't change them. (And I'm willing to screenshot my profile to prove it.)

Back when Ninji was "In Charge of the Forum", he had almost full access to the ACP and was able to fully mod user profiles. Then Steve decided (for reasons he's never shared) that he didn't want that rank (or any of the mods) to have those abilities.

I know because I was going to reset Ninji's post count back to what it originally was after he retired.

My reason wasn't because he suggested it, but because of all the useless posting and announcing his post count crap he was doing.
 
Which was part of the reason why I opposed it as well.

But if anyone acts like that now, they'll get a warning.
