Mario has Peach, yeah? He's been kissed by her, I think, three times to date.
Wario has no one, yeah? He's been kissed by princesses in many of his games.

Conclusion? Mario is a good boy, but is not popular with the ladies. Wario is a bad boy and gets all the chicks.
