Yes, I have seen the speedrun where this trick was sued. Not sure if the frog is swimming, but I'll take your word for it.

My favourite glitch in Mario Odyssey is the one where you can talk to the Talkatoo to make Mario stay in air, which means you can potentially skip the challenge in the Jump Rope minigame and rack up high points.

My favourite glitch is the one where you do the action for the upward hat throw and it always does the downward throw 100% of the time without fail.
