I love it when I throw a knife at them and they say "Holy moly!"
 
The billboard in SMG on the first Ghostly Galaxy level made me laugh really hard. You can't read the sign unless you use the Boo Mushroom, so when Mario reads it, it says, "It's written in Booish."
