Undertale, FNAF, Minecraft, Homestuck, Anime, Fallout, Clash Royale, Bronies, Furries, Shippers, Deviantarters, LOL, Overwatch, and the COC fandom. That's a lot.

So I understand almost all of these have a sizable hate base, but what the heck did Fallout ever do to anyone?

I remember reading that when Fallout 3 came out, because of how different it was to the previous Fallout games, loads of fans of the originals refused to even call it a Fallout game and the like.

I see no potential for meaningful discussion in this thread, since all that can realistically be done with it is badmouthing other people. And I think we don't really need that.

True, I am a fan of Undertale, but I notice too many flaws in the fandom.
