F-Zero needs more representation, and Ganondorf needs someone to take his moveset, so he can get a new one.

B: Tennis Ball
Side B: Bob-omb
Up B: Swim - He swims in the air.
Down B: Stomp - Stomps people into the ground like he does in Brawl
Final Smash: Waluigi Rocket - If it connects, the opponent launches into the air with him, and he charges up a kick, and kicks back down to the stage.

Mewtwo
B: Shadow Ball
Side B: Psycho Cut
Up B: Teleport
Down B: Confusion
Final Smash: Future Sight - Mewtwo meditates for a few seconds, and the Final Smash appears to be over. 15 seconds later, the opponent is hit with a Future Sight attack.

Mewtwo needs to come back. He's completely different from Lucario, so they can both be in (they were both intended for Brawl). And he needs to made better. He sucked ass in Melee.

I really like these movesets.

I'm not sure if it's his official name or not, but it's one of the default names and the one I see most often in fan works.

Waluigi:
B: Liar Ball (Can be charged for further distance)
Side-B: Wall-Luigi
Up-B: Thorn Whip
Down-B: Sparky Sticker
Final Smash: Destrucion Dance- Waluigi dances in place as his song plays and fireballs and the occasional Bob-omb (rare) drop onto the stage.

I didn't put his ability to put in mid-air as his Up-B because I thought it would work better as one of those extra Kirby jumps.

Little Mac:
B: Strong Right
Side-B: Gut Buster
Up-B: Star Punch
Down-B: Stamina Recovery (Must continually hit B, and recovers very little very slowly. Can be easily interrupted)
Final Smash: 3 Star Punch- Mac charges light blue stars into his fist and throws a powerful Star Punch. If it connects, the camera zooms in on the unfortunate persons distotred face, as they then fly away (a la Zelda/Sheik's Light Arrow) Charge time is a tad longer than a Falcon Punch's.

Little Mac's design would most likely resemble his Wii incarnate's.
