My most recent favorite game music... Lately I can especially name the song when you fight Kamella in Super Mario Galaxy, and Beware the Forest Mushrooms. And then... Well, Sonic Heroes wasn't exactly a good game but its music was good, I think. Good enough for me to notice. Oh, and I'd say Warioware's songs like Ashley's Song and Tomorrow Hill are quite nice.
I'm usually too busy concentrating on not dying to notice game music.
 
I got very addicted to Taiko DS, although I don't know that's what this thread is meant for (music games, instead of game music).
 
The Bike theme from the Johto pokemon games and when you enter Elm's lab.

Luigi's Mansion's credit theme and when you enter the music room.

As much as I hated the game, Superstar Saga had a lot of awesome music.

A majority of the Paper Mario music.

NSMBWii credits theme and when you fight the koopalings for the first time

Mario Super Sluggers credits theme.

I can't say what's my fave.... well yes: The Tile Pool, form Super Paper Mario (chapter 3-2). I have played it more than 120 times in Windows Media Player!
But I listen more than 500 game songs... (bot i'm having more than 2000...)
