Jurassic Park 3: The Pterosaur Attack scene as well as the Abandoned Lab scene. Both with pretty good lines for Dr. Grant. ("It's a bird cage..." "(In response to Amanda Kirby saying "So this is how they make Dinosaurs?" "No. This is how you play god") and good Dino action/chase sequences (Raptors in the lab scene)

Godzilla killing Zilla is still one of my favorite moments in the franchise's history. Final Wars is bad, but it's so damn fun and cheesy. Watching Godzilla obliterate the American Godzilla in thirteen seconds is hilarious.
