Yooka-Laylee

[fantanoice]

"If only I had a pair of wheels...Maybe the final game will have a fun vehicle building mechanic?"

olololol

Intentional jab at Nuts and Bolts?

No it couldn't possibly be B)

[freakworld]

that's pre-alpha and it already looks better than everything old rare did since 2001

[Weasel]

thought this was pretty funny

[RandomYoshi]

And I just filled in my information, so now I'll just wait until October next year so I can play the game.

EDIT: also, that animation was sweet.

[Paper Jorge]

lmao I love that animation. reminds me of my little pony's style a lot too, don't know if that was intentional

[freakworld]

wow that was amazing

[DragonFreak]

Daily reminder that all the characcter designs so far is so freaking cute.

Bumping because relevant, and news about this stuff is always good. Apparently, Playtonic Games has expanded. I think it's neat that they're bringing in a programmer that already worked on Rare Replay, but it's also especially nice to see a new face in the crowd, finally.

[fantanoice]

Fuck yeah female programmer!

been a while since news

[RandomYoshi]

Hmm, I'm debating whether this is the perfect time to forget about Yooka-Laylee and then play it once it's out so I get nothing spoiled for me...

On the topic of these news, I like the animation of that ghost — it looks fluid and fun to look at.
