Believe it or not, I just use Paint.

Yeah that's the program of my choice when making simple sprites

I even used it to make the TTYD/SPM styled star a few pages back.

Unfortunately I don't really recommend paint for more complex sprites that TTYD and SPM uses since their palettes and lines are far more complex.

Nah, it's inspired by the various car enemies from the Mother series.

There will be a lot like this (though not as frequent as the Paper Mario sprites, it's kind of difficult trying to manage two games at the same time).

And a Starman edit because why not (done as an edit instead of a fully custom sprite for the sake of homage):

(I'd also advise checking the filenames for Earthbound-related sprites, as I try to keep a naming style similar to the orignal games)

This is the only place I've posted them so far, though I considered Spriters Resource for some of them.

If anyone wants, I can reveal a few plot details about the fangame (nothing too spoilery, just a few things from Chapter 3 and earlier).
