A 2 part Mario game

Is there ANY story that has more to it than "Bowser kidnaps Peach" that you'd accept? Why do you want the series to rehash the same old thing all the time?

Because I don't play these games for plot. If I wanted a story, this would be the last place I'd come to.

On top of that, why focus on something pretty much every other series with a plot does better? Whatever they come up with wouldn't be all that good anyway so its a waste of the players and the developers time.
