I know that, but where did the judge get his "not autistic" facts from?

i'm confused because i'm not familiar with the legal stuff

Once I was almost suspended from school because a girl who was picking on me claimed I called her a lesbian. (Which I didn't)

Even if you did, how the hell would calling someone else a lesbian would be grounds for suspension?

That wasn't the judge, that was my dad and stepmom after they received custody.

However it was one of the things they told the judge, he probably believed them because they are good at convincing people things. It confused me too.

Because she claimed it was in a hateful tone, or using it as an insult. as if I was hating on homosexuals or something.
