Super Mario Galaxy. 120 stars with Luigi. I am fighting Bowser for the last time, ready to unlock the Grand Finale Galaxy. The credits are scrolling. The game is about to save. And then suddenly, "The game disc cannot be read".

After collecting every coin in Bob-omb Battlefield, and tried to go to the 8 red coins star to save. I Long jumped from near the Koopa Troopa, and for apparently no reason, I immediately fell through the floor and landed on the death barrier. Dying and losing my perfect score.

Super mario Galaxy, When I go to the Garden dome, the game says cannot read disc. Sometimes the game crashes but it is very very rare to have it work and able to select a galaxy. It happens to the other domes but the Garden done is always the one. I can't play my 2 favorite galaxies anymore!!!

Also when my Gameboy Advance SP broke, one of the hinges was broken because I dropped it a couple times and got really mad at a game a few times. It became really glitchy with the screen going upside down and then flashing colors and soon the screen went black but sounds still works on it.

All those ---ing times when I had to send my Wii in for repairs and Nintendo wiped out all my data. I think it happened more than 3 times to me already.

While I cannot think of a time when a video game did not work atm, I do remember the day when my Wii crashed and made it unable to read discs. I still have not recovered everything, including Twilight Princess and Skyward Swords (which SS I had 100%).

I can't get blue CD games to work on my PS2. I've tried the tape trick, but I can't get the disc to balance evenly, and I'm paranoid about opening the console in case I break something and make the situation even worse.

My GameCube's memory got corrupted once and had to be formatted.

All of my files were deleted.

Fortunately, I quickly regained my place in almost all my games.

Yeah, Pokemon Colosseum did that to my memory card once.

I still remember that stupid disc. It sits on the top of the shelf, away from all the other Gamecube games, so if we ever think about playing it again we remember that it has a chance to wipe the memory card.

Super Smash Bros. Brawl: Whenever I try to start a match with Ice Climbers or Jigglypuff or use Pokemon Trainer's Final Smash, the game always crashes on me. I really find it irritating.
