The vast majority are in the post game, with the only non Gen 3 Pokemon obtainable pre-post game being the pre-evolutions and evolutions of already existing Pokemon.

How do you get one?

Save in front of the bag, pick your starter, and soft-reset the game until it ends up shiny

I put a rubber band around my 3DS so it holds down the L and R buttons – then I only need to press Start or Select to soft reset the game

I HAVE been hunting for that Treecko since Sunday, though!

What's not awesome though is I want to use Lotad and Sableye and they're Alpha Sapphire exclusives, so could someone take the Lombre, Sableye and Ditto I caught in X and then give them back to me in Omega Ruby?
