The Wii U browser is very good. It reminds me of Chrome for some reason.

Might be because it used the same engine (WebKit).

The networking protocol is almost entirely mapped, pretty sure that they can get non-Wii devices on it when they are completed.

You can also recognize them by looking at the Mii's name. If it contains images like cups, yellow stars, balloons, coins, Nintendo DSi Pictochat smileys, etc., they are hackers, though not necessarily harmful.
