Nintendo looking to expand their character licensing business

Origins was cool, but I don't think it needs a whole series
perhaps some more games set in kanto/johto could give us some more to that story arc

I could see it as a tv show

I think it would work as a show. Pokémon is still on tv isn't it?

Pokemon is also a multi billion dollar franchise and is the 2nd most popular video game franchise of all time Fire Emblem doesn't have the same name recognition so it wouldn't make as much sense for Nintendo to launch a t.v show out of it

true, it wouldn't make much sense from a corporate perspective, but it would still have potential to be awesome
especially if they licensed it out to another company rather than taking direct control of the project themselves

Pretty sure 4kids was the only anime dubbing thing when pokemon came out in the states so 4kids kind of made pokemon big... also 4 kids is long dead
