This is what I get for staying up all night and sleeping in the daylight.
 
Dude I can't sleep in the morning because of my stupid early bird parents
 
Daylight
Loud music
Being excited/worried
Thinking about something too much
It being hot
Too much caffine
If I had recently watched a TV program/film which had a strong emotional impact on me.

Other than that, I just can't sleep in complete silence, I need some noise in the background (usually I turn on the fan even when it's cold because the background noise helps me sleep)

My old apartment was on the main road, so every night there would be people talking and yelling below (probably to be disruptive); that was enough to make be yell out "shut the fuck up" one night.
