CALLING ALL WII DOCTORS! Anyone know what to do about a Wii full of dust?

Throw it out? It's dead, so it's useless.

NO! I have like 20 games worth 30-50 bucks! And my dad has a triwing screwdriver to open it and compressed air to clean it!

The same thing happened to me awhile back.

Can the Wii read discs?

Then open it up, clean out the dust. If it still doesn't work, either buy a new Wii or a Wii U.

Or call Nintendo's support line.
They charge a lot though

Did your warranty expired?

Huh? I was asking if his Wii's warranty expired

I was confused on what you said so it's most likely an honest mistake

Yeah my warranty expired i had it like three years

UPDATE: Disassembled it and blew it out, still not working

But I didn't fix the spinner, that might be it

If your Wii broke, the best way to go is to buy a Wii U, it's not worth buying another one at this stage. You can still play all of your old games on it.

Or you could move to Playstation or Xbox and check out some of their games.

When my Wiis broke, I just sold em for $50 and bought an Xbox. You could do the same with a Wii U, but my pockets aren't that full ;)

I'm SO not leaving Nintendo and I'm SO not abandoning my Gamecube games.
