I really liked super paper mario's story,but i had to vote 4 Bowser's inside story because of it's gameplay.

well, jeez, SORRY that i have an opinion. and i had a ps2 instead of gamecube. so thousand year door i havent played yet.
 
Super mario RPG, because.... do I even need to give an explanation? Geno is in it!

My runner up would be Paper Mario 64, simply because I still have yet to play TTYD.
