We are in the fourth millenium, in Alpha city. In this town, lives a super hero. His name is Teleportman. As his name suggests, he can teleport where he wants in the city. He is a man in his thirties. He wears a black costume with a cape. He has some skills in close combat, but rather relies on gadgets along his teleportation power to fight. One of them is a spheric bomb which, when it is smashed to a tough surface, emits a electromagnetic radiation which turn off every electrical source of light near. He has infrared glasses to see in the dark. His master word is discretion, waiting the best moment to teleport into his ennemies and stopping them.
In is daily life, he is a brillant physicist. His father, who was the greatest physicist in the city, died during a burglary which turned bad. After this event he decided to fight crime, but as he was he could not be able to do it. Hence he deciced to secretly use the researches of his father about teleportation, in the hope he could make himself teleport. After years of hard working he finally made a prototype and he tested it, it worked and got his teleportation powers. Along the power he acquired, He made himself some gadgets to improve his effectiveness to stop criminals.
The day he teaches physic at the university and do research. The night he takes his costume and fight crime. He firstly stopped standard criminals but then he realized many of them work for one man. This man is the leader of the Mafia in the city. His name is Nothingness. His society has a lot of influence in the city, at the point some persons in the government are actually from the Mafia. He managed to become the mayor of the city, everyone trust him, they are not aware of his dark nature. Nobody, not even the hero is aware of what he is capable in combat, but the rumor wants he is a genius superman.
The Mafia tries to collect as much money as possible. They use their money and scientists to do terrible experiencies on humans, to transform them into powerful biological weapons. They have the hope the could dominate the world with these weapons. With the growth popularity of Teleportman and the fear he gives to criminals, they accelerated their dangerous experience to try to stop the super hero.
One of their recruit is Grizzly, he is a man who has been injected various bears genes. As a result he became a very tall, very stout and extremely strong human. Teleportman counts on his slowness to defeat him.
An other one is Hydro, after the experiences he became a water man. He is capable of change his body to water and can absord humans to drown them. Teleportman uses ice gadgets to counter him.
Eventually Alpha city became the cradle of crime, where the advance of science and its powers are used to rule the city. Teleportman tries to stop Nothingness from his terrible plans.
