As amusing as it would be to see Kirby in the game, it pretty much won't be happening, regardless of his Mario Kart cameo that Rosalina's Smash 4 trailer had.

I did all cups at 50cc. I find blue shells are pretty common, I got hit by one or two on almost every course. While the Super Horn is pretty rare and even if you get it, you would use it to counter a red shell coming to you, before a blue shell comes.
