I don't think anyone in the Marioverse ages. If so, Rosalina would be already dead. I mean, she says it so casually: "But it would be nice to come back every one hundred years..."
So, even if SMG was her first time going back to earth (which I doubt) she must be like 120 years old (the same number as all the stars gained with Mario in the game, LOL). So, nobody ages, Rosalina uses magic for not aging OR, she uses a really good body cream.
