I will admit that I love the different art styles. One chapter you're in a manga-inspired flying city, and in the next you're in a dark, Van Gogh-esque land.

dont quite remember a flying city or anything but a lot of the areas are pretty good and the game is pretty smooth and generally looks good. Hell the game has even aged pretty well.

Ironically that's one of the few Mario games I have yet to buy

When I say "few" I mean literally almost every N64 and GCN Mario game

I have the Mario Karts and main series titles for them both, along with one Mario Party for each, SSB64 and Paper Mario

I don't even have a N64 or GameCube.
