Just quoting it so people can see why I've been arguing. The only thing that would have and should have saved me didn't, and according to it, it should have worked.

Personally, I think we need an outside and objective judge to answer this.

I said, it was horribly worded and should have been worded more
'Use this to take yourself off the block pre-veto' as that was its true purpose. It was my fault for wording it horribly.

Exactly! No offense at all, but you should have notified me immediately that you misquoted it. Right now, I'm paying your mistake because I used it correctly in the information you have me. Yet, because you forgot to tell me some information, I got royally screwed, and this is going to cost me the game if I don't try to straighten it out.

Please don't think I wouldn't do this for anyone else as well. You saw how I argued last season that when it was close between Bop and LN1, I argued that whoever isn't HoH the other should be immuned for the week. It happened (not sure it he did it cause of me, but you get the point).

I am willing to not play in the next HoH for all this argument, but I will bicker bout this because of a miscommunication a player is screwed over, who had to be me.

Just please, I think voiding the noms would be best for everyone. Let Rocker recompete in the HoH if you do. I just want to be taken down the right way.

(I have an ultimate example that ill pm you if I need to that will surely make you understand my argument a little more but is a little personal on my part that I don't like talking bout but I will if I must.)

I can't really blame him. I'm not sure I understand this correctly - I've been skimming it - but apparently, BMB got evicted due to the host's failure to make clear what he was allowed to do.

Even though I was one of the ones who wanted him out, I could see how he'd feel ripped off, or what ever you'd want to call it.

But really, considering the number of things screwed up this week, if we save BMB here, and whoever else is evicted isn't gonna like it. I mean, maybe just call is a "misweek", and have the next HOH everyone participating as if nothing happened.

Just a solution. I mean, you can do whatever you want.

Ok. I might miscount the eviction completley but instead, have a double eviction this week to make up for it.
