Today's heroes are Timmy Turner from the Fairly Oddparnets and Antennae Lad from Legion of Substitute Heroes.
The villains are the guy with the incredibly hard to spell name Dr. Doofenshmirtz from Phineas and Ferb and Meowth of Pokemon.

^ Jeez, this is kind of a tough one. Unlike his eviler second dimension counterpart, Doofenshmirtz is really just an emotionally-abused child trying to get revenge on society for his rotten childhood. Meowth's kind of in the same boat since he worked hard to learn human language to impress a female Meowth but got shot down and was considered a freak. I might go with Doof since he's had more success that Meowth. Meowth is really only competent when he's on the side of good, rather than evil.
